Subscription/Digital Product Terms for Lisa Nobles Services and Digital Products.
Please review these Subscription Terms carefully.
These Terms outline the conditions under which you will gain access to my investment learning materials. If you have any questions, please get in touch with my Support Center.
These Subscription Terms are integrated into the Terms and Conditions of Lisa Nobles Services and form part of the agreement between you, the user, and Lisa Nobles, owner of the website www.iamlisanobles.com, or the relevant application.
1. Trial Period:
I may offer a paid trial subscription for services provided through my website and/or application. Suppose you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. In that case, you will automatically be charged at the rate displayed on the payment screen for the selected subscription period, and your trial will convert to a full subscription.
2. Subscription:
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each period (e.g., 4 weeks, 12 weeks, etc.) unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
3. Payment Method
Payment for services will be charged to the payment method you provided upon purchase confirmation. By subscribing, you authorize me to store your payment information to the extent necessary to provide the services and automatically charge your payment method for applicable fees.
4. Cancellation
If you cancel your trial or subscription, the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the period. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
For purchases made via my website: You can cancel your trial or subscription by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in your account settings or contacting me through the Support Center.
For purchases made via an app store: You may cancel by managing your subscription in your account settings on the app store platform. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends.
5. Changes: I reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at anytime. I will notify you with reasonable notice via email or within the app if the fee changes. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel your subscription before the change occurs.
6. Refunds: Refunds are subject to applicable laws and are available in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws. Please get in touch with my Support Center if you have questions about your eligibility for a refund.
For subscriptions purchased through an app store: If you're eligible for a refund under the app store's policies, you must request it directly from them.
For subscriptions purchased via my website: If a money-back guarantee was offered at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, provided you meet the following criteria:
You have engaged with the learning curriculum for at least 21 consecutive days. You provide valid reasons (other than personal or financial reasons) for seeking a refund (e.g., content issues).
I will review your refund request and notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
6.1. Important Notice: Refund requests will not be honored for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or unmet expectations) or financial reasons (e.g., not understanding that a subscription would renew or convert).
While you may still cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund under these conditions.
By subscribing, you consent to immediate service performance and acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw once the service is delivered or accessed.
