Finding Life's Value: Pt. One

When life hits you hard, or rather you are in a predicament where you must make some critical choices, not of your own choice for some. You may encounter feelings like I don't know where to start, but I am ready to begin.

Key number one: I don't know where to start, but I am ready to begin.

When life hits you hard, or rather you are in a predicament where you must make some critical choices, not of your choice for some. You may encounter feelings like I don't know where to start, but I am ready to begin. During this time of immobility, I've learned that I/we could experience states of uncertainty, which leads to emotional instability. Because your mind is striving to adjust to your newfound directions. Some will feel a sense of anger or sadness. What I am encouraging is to gently embrace those feelings because you are reaching a time for reawakening. Gentle courage.

Key number two: Stop choosing the struggle.

When you are amid a life change, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, as you are beginning to get to know yourselves a little better, right? Whelp, you may unconsciously choose to base your behaviors on comfortably when faced with getting to know yourself again. You will experience an influx of feelings such as uncertainty and anxiety. What I am encouraging is do not to allow yourself to become stuck based on comfortability or the fear of change. For some, unconsciously, you are addicted to your struggle because, on some level, you feel that is what you deserve, it has become a part of your identity. Stop choosing the struggle. There is a better way. Don't make life hard. Use your time wisely. Never take any moment for granted.

Key number three: You will learn to grow amid finding life's value.

Now that you have begun a new journey and have made up your mind to stop choosing the struggle based on comfortability. You are ready to open your mind to new possibilities. Sometimes we become stuck because we've inadvertently closed ourselves off from the world. I am encouraging you to connect to others. You see, psychologically, human relationships play a significant role within human development. Find healthy relationships and people to become a part of your circle. Stop being afraid to be you. Stop being afraid to live outside of the confines of your fearful depiction of yourselves. Know that you've got this and make a go of it. Here is your empowerment quote for today by, ― Confucius. ― where he once believed that it is “Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without.”
